As an Onboarding Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our onboarding and maintaining client relationships.

Duties:
- Develop and implement an effective onboarding program for new hires with our client partners
- Develop and implement an effective onboarding program for new hires with our client partners
- Filling forms and applications for insurance information
- Pharmaceutical contracting
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize client new employees with company policies, procedures, and benefits
- Provide training and support to new client hires to facilitate their understanding of job responsibilities and expectations
- Collaborate with client hiring managers to create personalized onboarding plans for each new employee
- Serve as a point of contact for client new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process
- Monitor the progress of your accounts' new employees during their initial weeks and provide ongoing support as needed
- Continuously evaluate and improve the client engagement process based on feedback and best practices
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed
