Pay Range: Base Pay Commission ($75,000 average yearly earnings)
Job Summary:
- Reports directly to the Sales Manager.
- Proficient in Nexstar Service System.
- Works with the dispatch and coordinator to schedule sold work.
- Works with techs to ensure work is completed as specified.
- Ensure that the proper parts are listed out and given to the technician.
- May need to be on site from time to time.
- Communication with customer during and after work is completed to confirm satisfaction.
- Completes follow ups with unsold work.
- Participate actively in the recruitment and retention of service technicians.
- Leads by Example.
- Follows the Code of Ethics.
- Maintains a positive attitude.
- Performs work of the highest quality in a safe manner.
Compensation:
- Base pay commission with earning potential of $60-100k
