If you live and breathe plumbing, have a passion for solving problems, and love helping people with their plumbing needs, we want you! Plumbing, Cooling & Electrical Nerds is on the hunt for a Plumbing Service Nerd who is obsessed with all things pipes, faucets, water heaters, and everything in between. If you're a wizard with wrenches and know the ins and outs of plumbing like the back of your hand, this is the job for you!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
As our Plumbing Service Nerd, you'll be using your plumbing expertise to tackle everything from basic repairs to complex diagnostics. You'll work with our customers to fix their plumbing issues, provide top-notch maintenance, and install systems that last. Bonus points if you’re always ready with a plumbing tip or trivia!
YOUR NERDY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems with your super-nerd powers.
- Install, repair, and maintain a variety of plumbing systems and fixtures (water heaters, sinks, toilets.. you name it).
- Interact with customers like the plumbing expert you are, explaining complex issues in simple terms.
- Keep your tools, vehicle, and your plumbing knowledge sharp and ready to go.
- Keep track of all your work, parts, and time like the true professional you are.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A genuine passion for plumbing. You can name your favorite pipe fitting and know the difference between a trap and a trap primer.
- Experience in plumbing (at least 2 years preferred).
- Great communication skills. You can talk pipes and systems all day, but you also know how to explain things clearly to customers.
- Ability to solve problems on the fly, all while keeping calm under pressure.
- A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
- A desire to learn more, grow, and bring even more plumbing knowledge to the table.
