Overview
Tour Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a Tour Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the logistics, scheduling, and communication for excursions and tours for guests. You will be one of the main points of contact for clients and customers, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule excursions.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and booking systems.
- Perform data entry and generate reports as needed.
- Ability to travel a couple of times a year to Nassau.
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Must live in the South Florida area
- Experience with FareHarbor is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to meet in person at our Boca office once a month or as needed.
- Must be available for in-person training.
