Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions. Responsibilities: - Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews - Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and facilitating orientation - Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality - Assist with payroll processing, including data entry and verifying timesheets - Support performance management processes by tracking performance reviews and providing administrative support - Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews - Provide support for workforce management activities, such as maintaining employee schedules and tracking attendance - Assist with HRIS data entry and maintenance, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information - Support OSHA compliance efforts by maintaining safety records and assisting with training programs - Assist with change management initiatives by preparing communication materials and coordinating training sessions Skills: - Proficiency in ADP or similar HRIS software - Experience with payroll processing and data entry - Knowledge of performance management processes - Familiarity with Taleo or other applicant tracking systems - Understanding of workforce management principles - Basic knowledge of talent acquisition strategies - Familiarity with OSHA regulations and compliance requirements - Ability to adapt to change and support change management initiatives - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
