ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Expected to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in a safe manner and according to the standard set by B & W.
- Completion of all work orders via CMMS
- Perform both emergency and corrective action repairs.
- Prepares both building and processing equipment for season start-up and shut down.
- Be able to work a minimum of six days per week and 12 hours per day. Weekend work is required.
- Read equipment O&M manuals and electrical schematics.
- Assist with operational support on equipment.
- Maintain communication with Maintenance Supervisor.
- Supervise and manage time effectively with little or no supervision.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic equipment faults.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of maintenance in a food grade industrial facility preferred.
- Intermediate Electrical Mechanical skills required (gear boxes, motors, bearings, etc.)
- Industrial Maintenance Training required.
- Basic Ammonia Refrigeration, HVAC, Industrial Ice Machines, and Boiler preferred.
- Willingness to further education with both outside training courses and hands on training on equipment.
COMMUNICATION SKILL LEVEL: High
COMPUTER SKILLS: High
- PLC Programming Experience (Allen Bradley a plus)
