Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com In this role, you will: Primary function: Assist in monitor bankruptcy accounts to ensure they are properly coded, documented, and in compliance with guidelines Identify opportunities to streamline procedural processes Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional and operational tasks relating to bankruptcy. Receive guidance from Lead or Management and escalate issues Interact with immediate team, mid-level management, attorneys, debtors and court personnel Required Qualifications: 2 years of Loss Prevention, Bankruptcy or Customer Service experience in the financial industry, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Reliable and dependable. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Experience working with the following lines of business: Retail, Dillard's, Non-Prime and Prime credit, Education Financial Services (EFS), PL, Deposits Experience using ECAR, FDR Job Expectations: Monday through Friday7- 3:30pm CST.
