The Office Manager/Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and financial accuracy within our company. Based in the Charlotte area, this hybrid role involves a combination of office management and bookkeeping tasks, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term financial stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, track expenses, and manage QuickBooks.
- Ensure accuracy and prevent duplicate payments, keeping our financial records impeccable.
- Process employee payments and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Oversee office operations, maintain records, and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and track project costs.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely payments and clear communication.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or office management role, preferably in construction or related industries.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, solutions-oriented attitude with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience in high-end residential construction is a plus.
- Based in or near the Charlotte, NC area for occasional in-person needs.
- Full Time Position
- Competitive salary at $50,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience.
