Competitive Compensation: Earn a yearly salary of $55,000 to $65,000, reflective of your skills and dedication.
Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy paid holidays, personal time off, sick time (as per NYS law), health insurance options available, a $2500 dental credit for your own dental needs within the Practices and a 401K with employer match. Monthly team bonus opportunities are extended. Most benefits start after your probationary period of 90 days. Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities
- Point person for all recruitment needs for both Practice locations.
- Construct, revise and update job listings as necessary.
- Work alongside our full administrative team to assist them with all recruitment and team development needs.
- Work with our marketing department on recruitment strategies to enhance our talent acquisition.
- Develop our Career Plug software to maximize all compliancy concerns and ad placements.
- Liaison with our Team Leads when hiring decisions are made. Create new hire global training schedules.
- Do all hiring calls and offer letters as directed by COO.
- Ensure the new hires are properly pre-onboarded.
- Work closely with our HR Specialist to ensure all onboarding is user friendly and the best experience it can be for new hires.
- Assist in HR compliancy filing.
- Develop and monitor our team members as Ambassadors in our new hire Ambassador program. Make necessary upgrades to this program and or user experience.
- Monitor, track and file all team check ins led by our team leads in all practice departments.
- Develop and mentor Team Leads in honoring daily, weekly, monthly team development needs and or strategies.
- Liaison between any practice consultants used to create training opportunities.
- Participate when needed in collaborating full staff meetings and trainings to continue to develop the team as necessary.
- When directed and as needed assist anything that may fall under recruitment and or HR compliancy issues by our Human Resource Specialist.
- Undergraduate degree and previous Human Resource and or recruitment experience required.
- Strong PC/computer skills, especially Excel and typing.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Out of the box thinker, always looking at how to work smarter.
- Reliable, proactive, and committed to providing great service
- Team-focused and eager to learn and grow.
- Comfortability with team development and understanding of how to bring out the best in people, commitment to do so. High level of diplomacy and patience when dealing with others.
