POSITION DUTIES:
- Perform maintenance duties, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and special projects involving refrigeration, electrical and general repair.
- Respond to emergencies on a 24hr basis at assigned complexes as required without further direction.
- Consult with a manager in planning specific job needs and arrange for necessary materials and supplies as needed.
- Operate low pressure boilers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferred EPA certification or Boilers license OR willingness to obtain certification within six months from start of employment.
- Valid driver's license.
