Nursery Office Support
Job Duties :
- Coordinate and control customer and non-customer interaction traffic including walk-ins, phone calls, and emails.
- Professionally greet customers, understand their needs, and direct / connect them with appropriate on-site staff.
- Manage and direct incoming customer phone calls and email requests.
- Direct inbound / outbound trucking to proper personnel and location.
- Assist in invoicing customer orders under direction and provide credits to customers as needed.
- Assist Production, Fulfillment, and Sales teams with various needs, such as bookkeeping and data entry.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Benefits :
Schedule : Full-Time, Monday-Friday, weekends and longer hours possible during peak periods.
Compensation : $17.50-$20.00
