What are the responsibilities and job description for the Beverage Manager position at Backal Hospitality Group?
VERSA, an upscale casual dining property located in the Renaissance New York Midtown Hotel, is currently seeking an energetic and passionate leader to join our team of hospitality professionals as a Beverage Manager. A successful candidate will be a visionary in curating seasonal cocktails/mocktails as well as elevated guest experiences.
This role will work in partnership under the Director of Operations and provide support of daily functions, assisting in the coordination of five curated bars, knowledge of inventory management, developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and provide oversight of the beverage program. In addition to having proven communication and leadership skills, a qualified candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of food/ beverage, and or bar management experience coupled with wine and spirit knowledge.
