We are seeking an experienced and passionate Beverage Manager to oversee and elevate the beverage program at our upscale, modern dining establishment. As Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for curating a unique and exceptional beverage experience, from innovative cocktails to a curated wine and spirits selection. You will work closely with the culinary team and service staff to ensure seamless integration between food and beverage offerings, creating a memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Beverage Program Development : Design and manage an innovative, diverse beverage menu, featuring creative cocktails, a robust wine list, and carefully selected spirits.
- Team Leadership : Supervise, train, and mentor the beverage staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, product knowledge, and adherence to company standards.
- Inventory & Ordering : Manage beverage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels to ensure consistent product availability.
- Quality Control : Maintain the highest quality standards for drinks and presentation, ensuring that every beverage is crafted to perfection.
- Guest Experience : Engage with guests, offering tailored recommendations and ensuring a memorable, elevated experience that aligns with the overall brand.
- Cost Control : Monitor and control beverage costs, ensuring profitability while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Event Coordination : Collaborate with the events team to curate bespoke beverage offerings for special events, private parties, and tasting experiences.
- Compliance & Safety : Ensure that all beverage-related operations comply with local regulations, including alcohol licensing, health, and safety standards.
