Working closely with our colleagues at Bad Robot Productions, our projects unite our extensive network of games, TV, and film industry talent to create original IPs, expansive worlds and tell new stories across all media platforms which are as fun to watch as they are to play.
Bad Robot Games is looking for an Associate IT Generalist who will be reporting to the Lead IT Generalist. This is a hybrid position and requires you to be willing to commute to an office in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate is outstanding at troubleshooting, a great teammate, and able to work under stress in a fast-paced, start-up environment. You are a technical person with experience troubleshooting in Windows 10/11 and MacOS remotely. You will collaborate across all teams to support their IT needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrate accounts and their permissions across different software used by the company: Google Suite, Atlassian, Microsoft, Okta, Mosyle, Sophos, and more
- Remotely troubleshoot a variety of software and hardware issues
- Build, deploy, and collect hardware and accessories
- Write and update documentation for IT best practices
- Maintain the company's assets by keeping device records up to date and ordering hardware as needed to maintain inventory
- Work with the Lead IT Generalist to collaborate with different teams with their project goals and overcome technical obstacles
- Help facilitate other projects as needed
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- 0-2 years of proven experience in an IT role, preferably at least 6 months at a gaming studio
- Solid understanding of Google Suite, Atlassian products, Microsoft 365, Okta, or similar software
- Experience with building and repairing PC hardware
- Experience with troubleshooting in Windows 10/ 11 and MacOS remotely
- Ability to communicate and present IT topics to all skill levels

Hourly Rate Range: $25.00 - $37.50
