Badger State Maintenance's Field Supervisors, argutely the most important position in our organization provides a series of tasks leading a team of people collectively to complete our projects on budget, on time and completed correctly all while maintaining Badger State Maintenance’s professional standards.
Badger uses the best equipment and technology to fuel our rapidly growing business. Our field supervisors are employed year-round, this is not a seasonal position.
Role and Responsibilities
- Directs crew & activities on the job site
- Communicates schedule changes to management or additional resources required to complete the job on budget
- Tracks and records all job expenses including clocking in crew in live time via LMN
- Maintains a clean, organized and safe job site, equipment and vehicle(s).
- Ensures that all installation work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards
- Regular communication to our clients including weekly re-cap emails.
- Proficient heavy equipment operating skills including skid steer and mini excavator specifically finish grading by using harley rake, rockhound and similar attachments
- Good time management skills; Willingness to work long hours as needed
- Procures Materials required for up-and-coming projects
- Files diggers hotline locates prior to excavation
Job Requirements:

- Diverse expertise with zone 5 hardy nursery stock
- Knowledge of hardscaping including transit reading, level and ability to establish grades
- Excellent blueprint reading skills
- Experience or willing to adapt with technology that's integrated in our day to day business management software & Production.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $37.50 per hour
Expected hours: 42 – 47 per week
