Packaging Associate (Cold Storage Facility)
Badger State Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual for a full-time, long-term contract opportunity in Appleton. In this fast-paced warehouse, you will play a critical role in ensuring our client’s products are packaged accurately and securely for delivery to their customers. Primary Responsibilities:
- Assemble and break-down boxes
- Inspect products for quality and identify any damaged items for removal
- Pack a variety of products into boxes according to specifications and orders
- Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a cold environment (40-50 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
