About the Role
BAGGU is looking for a full-time Digital Operations Associate to join our Ops Team.
As a member of the Digital Operations Team, you’ll learn the ins and outs of our e-commerce ecosystem, accurately set up products on our storefronts, troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and work on longer-term projects such as leading larger e-commerce updates, creating new internal tools, and implementing new web updates.
Location and Working Hours
- Remote, but limited to candidates in the following states: CA, ID, OH, NJ, NY
- 10am-6pm
Responsibilities
- Owns product and image setup for all BAGGU sales channels
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide training and support on existing tools and technologies
- Proficiency in Sanity CMS with the ability to instruct others and improve workflows
- Monitors inventory allocation
- Conducts audits, remove sell-outs, and swap products on multiple storefronts
- Executes various digital projects across SAAS tools
Requirements
- Experience implementing e-commerce plugins and apps
- Experience building simple automations and macros
- Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams
- At ease navigating large data sets and various e-commerce applications (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Enthusiastic and curious learner
- Excellent digital, verbal, and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of web architecture
