Join Our Team as an Administrative Office Assistant
Position Summary:

In this role, you'll be an essential part of our day-to-day success—supporting managers, assisting team members, and ensuring our office stays efficient and welcoming. What You'll Do:
- Keep the front desk area tidy, organized, and professional.
- Greet visitors and clients with a warm, courteous attitude.
- Direct inquiries to the right team members and provide helpful support.
- Answer incoming calls, take accurate messages, or redirect as needed.
- Draft and distribute correspondence, including emails, memos, letters, and forms.
- Help prepare scheduled reports and maintain various office records.
- Update service reports, manufacturing shop orders, and schedules.
- Manage order entry and processing with attention to detail.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal staff.
- Take on additional administrative duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Great organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with common office equipment (fax, printer, copier, etc.).
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Confident using MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance and attitude.
- High school diploma or GED (required); some college preferred.
- 1 year in customer service or office support (preferred).
- Bonus points for experience with social media or account collections.
