POSITION SUMMARY
The Corpus Christi Field Supervisor oversees the company’s Corpus Christi production and acts as a liaison to the San Antonio Office. This position is exempt the FLSA and reports to the Director of Operations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Oversees the CC office daily operations to ensure all transactions happen in an efficient and timely manner.
- Manages equipment, material and office inventory and notifies the appropriate San Antonio staff Inspects job sites and production crews to ensure all aspects of installations are performed safely, efficiently and with high quality, at the direction of the Production Manager.
- Along with the Production Manager, communicates with customers in a timely manner to overcome obstacles/problems on jobs and reach an acceptable solution.
- Runs sales and service appointments as needed, providing a thorough inspection, proposal and resolution for issue(s) at the time of the appointment.
- Provides a remarkable experience to customers.
- As necessary, escalates customer issues to the team to find a timely solution.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of construction or related trades and construction management.
- Skill in operating a personal computer, cell phone, programs, and apps.
- Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials and on screen roughly 50% of the time.
- Ability to understand, communicate, read, and write in English. Ability to understand and converse in Spanish is a plus.
- Skill in verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills.
- Skill in and ability to operate a forklift or machinery to load/unload materials and use power tools.
- Ability to lift or move up to 100 lb. Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction or business preferred and 2 years of experience in the construction trades OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
- A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and the ability to drive for the company.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
