Summary
The Training Coordinator is responsible for delivering training programs to manufacturing employees. This role ensures that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently and safely. The Training Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Team and Human Resources to identify training needs and implement effective training solutions.

Ability to write business reports, correspondence, policies and procedures. Ability to effectively present information to groups, managers, the Board of Directors, customers and suppliers. Ability to respond to questions, inquiries, or complaints. Effective interpersonal skills necessary to communicate, solve problems, and negotiate. Ability to influence others.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with fundamental business math, such as discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages. Understanding of and ability to interpret financial reports.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Other Skills And Abilities
Ability to use a personal computer to produce reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Windows-based software.

Summary
The Training Coordinator is responsible for delivering training programs to manufacturing employees. This role ensures that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently and safely. The Training Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Team and Human Resources to identify training needs and implement effective training solutions.
Essential Functions
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in the classroom and on the production floor, to ensure employees understand and can apply the training material.
- Work with department heads and supervisors to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions to address specific skill gaps.
- Assist Human Resources with new hire training
- Conduct check in meetings with new hires
- Conduct on the job training sessions for all employees
- Conduct re- training to work instructions as needed
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a training or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Self-motivated
- Patient, approachable, and able to motivate and inspire others.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training preferred.
