P&C Coordinator (Human Resources)
Title: People and Culture Coordinator
Department: People & Culture
Status: Non-Exempt
Reports to: VP of People & Culture
Job Summary
The People & Culture Executive supports the People & Culture Department by providing professional and technical support to HR-related initiatives and work streams. Work includes: Collaboration between supervisors, managers, and Temporary Agencies for temporary staffing needs; assisting the People & Culture Team with initiatives related to: on-boarding; internal communications; and interfacing with documentation necessary for onboarding and payroll processing. This position also provides confidential executive administrative support to the Vice President, People & Culture.
Essential Job Duties
▪ Act as the first point of contact for general questions and inquiries by employees.
▪ People & Culture and employment-related projects and initiatives including running of the Temp Tracker software; Reviews recruitment requirements with management to determine applicant requirements and assists with coordination of candidate interviewing and phone screening of candidates.
▪ Posting communications internally and on occasion through the company intranet.
▪ Providing administrative support as needed for effective collaboration with the People & Culture team, often resulting in managing time-bound projects.
▪ Demonstrated success in effectively working with a diverse group of management and staff including at senior/executive levels.
▪ Demonstrated communication skills, including oral, written, editing, and presentation skills.
▪ Effective organizational and people handling skills, with confidentiality a priority.
▪ Pleasant and professional demeanor. ▪ Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications
▪ Bi-lingual Spanish is required.
▪ Prior experience working in a Manufacturing environment is a plus.
▪ High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration preferred, with 2 years of HR related experience.
▪ Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills.
▪ Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
▪ Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office suite.
▪ Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and with hiring managers across multiple functions.
▪ Knowledge of key current employment laws and practices.
▪ Flexible schedule to be agreed-upon within Core hours at North Andover location.
