What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Administrator position at Baker Marine Solutions?
Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting Quality Assurance efforts including survey report management, tracking of data and metrics, creation/revision of documents and report templates, and the filing of reports, BMS forms and manuals, quotes and proposals, and other documents.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Management of BMS project folders and work documents, including creation, filing, updating, and delivering to clients.
2. Support project document control functions including receipt notifications, tracking and delivery notifications.
3. Support internal document management efforts including template updates, revision tracking, and issuance to personnel.
Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for tracking metrics and generating updates and reports.
2. Creation of guidance documents and Standard Operating Procedures as relates to Document Control.
3. Supporting travel logistics and personnel tracking, as required.
Job Expectations:

· Ability to learn and use new software (Sharepoint, etc.)

· Good analytical skills
Education / Experience
· Previous document control, administrative assistant, or office management experience.
Schedule Expectations:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm with one hour for lunch, or as otherwise agreed with your manager.
This is a part-time position with an in-office requirement of 30hrs per week.
