In this role you will be focused on pre-transaction readiness, tax due diligence, transaction tax structuring as well as tax remediation and post-transaction integration services. For California, Colorado, New York and Washington : The compensation range for this role is $210,380 to $455,850. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
