Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Issaquah, Washington

Pay Range: $65,000 to $85,000

Summary: Bakes is well known for our exceptional customer service through our 35 years in Issaquah. We are looking for an energetic sales manager, a leader to take charge of a successful, established store in the watersports industry, but have fun doing it. Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market presence in-store and online.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Collaborate with marketing and service teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to reach their full potential.

Day to Day Activities:

• Lead Sales from all our selling channels
• Monitor and track sales performance metrics. 
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
• Organize and participate in sales events, promotions, and trade shows.

Schedule: Monday -Friday with a Saturday Rotation

Job Type: Full Time in Person

Requirements / Certification: 

• Must have: • Driver's License •Experience in the watersports industry •Positive Attitude

• Nice to Have: Proven track record in sales • Knowledge of boating and water sports equipment • Strong communication and organizational skills.
