Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will direct the Leads team by understanding, delegating, tracking, and analyzing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the Leads team
- Achieve desired results by following up with leads
- Manage leads database and flow
- Segment campaigns based on leads engagement
- Track campaigns to collect needed data
- Analyze team and campaign performance and optimize as needed
- Train your team in leads qualification and sales
Required Skills:
- A self-motivated and independent mentality
- A mind for data and analytics
- 1 year(s) of experience in email and SMS marketing
- 1 year(s) of experience in outbound phone sales/marketing

Pay: $45,000 to $55,000 annually bonuses
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Work Location: Hurricane, Utah
