Job Summary:
The Administrative Director will oversee and manage the administrative operations of our multi-site outpatient physical therapy corporation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, effective, and compliant administrative functions that support the organization's mission to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Management:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
2. Front Office Management:
- Oversee front office operations at all locations, ensuring a positive and efficient patient experience.
- Ensure that Patient Care Coordinators are trained and supported to deliver excellent customer service.
- Implement and monitor front office processes to improve patient flow, scheduling, and billing accuracy.
- Address and resolve patient complaints and issues as needed.
3. Operational Efficiency and Compliance:
- Develop and implement standardized procedures and best practices across all locations to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all administrative functions comply with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
4. Communication and Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between administrative staff, clinical staff, and senior management to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
- Facilitate regular meetings with site managers and department heads to review performance, address issues, and implement new initiatives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment across all locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an administrative leadership role, preferably within a healthcare or multi-site organization.
- Strong knowledge of front office operations in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel between locations as needed.
