Your Role:
As a PLC Technician, you'll play a key role in transforming our bakery operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing advanced production and packaging systems. You'll help build and sustain a world-class maintenance program alongside experienced leaders and technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program & Troubleshoot: Maintain and modify PLC & HMI programs (Allen-Bradley MicroLogix & ControlLogix, RSLogix software).
- System Optimization: Manage automation interfaces, controls testing, and data retrieval.
- Equipment Support: Provide electrical, mechanical, and controls troubleshooting for packaging and processing systems.
- Project Engineering: Support capital projects and process improvements to enhance plant performance.
- Technical Expertise: Work with industrial networks (Ethernet, DeviceNet), PID loop tuning, and electrical schematics.
What You Need:
- Experience with automated industrial machinery (motors, servos, pumps, conveyors, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, programming, and industrial communication networks.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and process diagrams.
- General understanding of National Electrical Code, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
