We are currently seeking an exceptional Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team.
The Director of Human Resources is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources function. The Director of Human Resources reports to the Vice President & COO.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement the organization's HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing HR team that aligns with the company's growth and culture.
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Serves as primary contact and administrator for 401k / Profit Sharing Plan.
- Serve as liaison between employees and Milliman (401k / Profit Sharing Plan administrator).
- Administer drug testing program / state drug free workplace submittal.
- Maintain employee handbooks by ensuring the organization's HR policies are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Administer benefit plans including group health, dental, and other supplemental insurance.
- Lead negotiation process for all group insurance renewal periods.
- Communicate benefit changes, renewals, open enrollment periods to staff.
- Oversee the performance management system to align individual and team performance with organizational goals.
- Develop strategies for employee recognition, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring effective communication and addressing employee concerns.
- Measure employee satisfaction and engagement, implementing programs to improve morale.
- Monitor key HR metrics - (e.g. turnover, hiring, training effectiveness).
