Job Description:

Baldwin Chevy Cadillac is seeking a dedicated Wash Bay Manager/Lot Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our wash bay. This role is critical in ensuring that all vehicles are cleaned to the highest standard and our team is operating efficiently. If you’re an organized and hands-on leader with a passion for maintaining quality, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the wash bay team, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Oversee vehicle washing to ensure all vehicles are cleaned and detailed to Baldwin Chevy Cadillac's high standards.
• Train, develop, and lead wash bay staff, creating a positive and productive environment.
• Maintain and repair wash bay equipment and tools, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and environmental regulations are followed within the wash bay.
• Develop and enforce wash quality control measures.
• Handle customer service concerns related to vehicle washing and detailing services.
• Maintain reports on wash bay operations, team performance, and inventory levels.
• Assist with staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for peak times.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Experience with vehicle washing and detailing techniques is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control and cleanliness.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule with availability on weekends as needed.
