Customer Service Representative - Guided Solutions

The Agent Trainee will be responsible for assisting senior agents with a Book of Business (BOB) which includes assisting with current customers/clients with selecting plans, enrolling in plans, customer service inquiries, general questions/concerns, and establishing a quality relationship with the customer. Agent Trainee will be expected to participate in lead rotation and enrollee members on their own in addition to assisting. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a Customer Care Representative or and Agent Trainee who is dedicated to providing exceptional service and care to all of our customers/clients. As a valued team member, you will take point on resolving all issues to ensure our customer's needs are met. 

• In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers throughout the year and review their plan options to potentially assist them in enrolling into a different plan. Additionally, you will work alongside our Account Specialist and Senior Account Specialist to assist with their customers as needed and as directed by company management. 

• As part of our team, you will also be responsible for general office & operational duties such as processing applications/enrollments, greeting customers as they arrive for appointments, and covering the front desk duties. You will work with other teams and departments to help us meet and exceed our company goals and objectives. 

• In this position, you will also have the opportunity to assist with assigned networking functions and external facing business development needs. You will work closely with our marketing team to provide content as requested and assigned. Additionally, you will perform educational & sales seminars as required or requested for our customers/clients. 

 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: 

• We are seeking a candidate who possesses a strong understanding of fundamental office technology, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Our ideal candidate is an ethical professional who takes initiative in their work and demonstrates exceptional communication skills. 

• Time management is also an essential quality for success in this role. The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize tasks, manage their time effectively and work well under pressure to ensure timely completion of projects. 

• Additionally, a high level of technology proficiency is essential in this role. We require a candidate who is comfortable adapting to new software solutions quickly and has excellent problem-solving skills when it comes to identifying and resolving technical issues.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 

• Although a college degree from an accredited institution is preferred, a High School diploma or GED will also be acceptable for consideration. The ideal candidate must be able to contract with all carriers that we contract with, with the ability to provide our clients with comprehensive coverage options.

Salary range is $20-$35 per hour based on experience, skills and background and will be discussed in more detail during your interview.
