This is a full-time hybrid role for a Shopify Developer/Digital Product Manager at Ballerina Farm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Shopify platform.
- Oversee technology solutions and collaborate with teams to enhance the online shopping experience.
Website Management
- Oversee day-to-day management of the Shopify website.
- Monitor and maintain site performance, ensuring minimal downtime.
Development and Customization
- Customize Shopify themes to align with brand aesthetics and functionality needs.
- Implement apps and integrations to enhance functionality (e.g., email marketing, CRM, reviews, loyalty programs).
User Experience (UX)
- Optimize website navigation, load times, and mobile responsiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing on website elements (e.g., CTAs, layouts) to improve user experience and conversions.
SEO and Content
- Optimize site structure, metadata, and content for search engines.
- Collaborate with content teams to implement blogs or landing pages.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like bounce rate, cart abandonment, and conversion rates.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
Security and App Management
- Regularly update the website to protect against vulnerabilities.
- Manage and test new Shopify apps that align with growth goals.
Customer Support and Collaboration
- Handle website-related customer issues.
- C coordinate with inventory teams to ensure accurate stock updates on the website.
Audit and Maintenance
- Regularly audit the site for broken links, outdated content, or errors.
Requirements:
- 3-5 Years of experience with Shopify Development (Shopify Plus Shopify Liquid coding), App Integrations, E-Commerce Management, and Website Optimization skills.
- Experience in technology management and solution implementation.
- Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with SEO and digital marketing strategies, including tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Shopify SEO apps.
- Background in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
