Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Entry Level):
Knowledge of office practices and procedures, including filing systems. Knowledge of word processing, database management, and spreadsheet software packages.

- Coordinates customer services activities for the agency or bureau and meets with using agencies.
- Receives, investigates, and resolves inquiries, requests, and complaints from County agencies, outside organizations, residents, and other tenants of owned or leased facilities maintained by the bureau.
- Performs inspections and site checks as needed.
- Supervises the staff of call taking center providing assistance.
- Conducts performance evaluations and administers counseling and discipline as warranted.
- Oversees, facilitates, and coordinates service provider/vendor contracts. May meet with contractors and vendors.
- Maintains records and files, and prepares correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Accesses databases to establish, retrieve, review, track, and revise records.
