REPORTS TO: Principal
PURPOSE:
Responsible for maintaining accurate records for assigned school and taking appropriate actions to monitor absences. Provides other clerical duties as necessary.
KEY PROJECTS/RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
- Monitors attendance of all students and takes appropriate actions to handle absence abusers and late students.
- Establish and maintain an up-to-date filing system.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to interact with students, staff and the public.
REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma, highly proficient and comfortable with technology and software, excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task effectively, proven work record of excellent attendance and performance. Successful candidates must present recent clearances for Act 34, 114, 151, and 168.
Previous School District employment preferred.
