Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet and engage customers to determine their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Sales Consultation: Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and pricing.
- Negotiation & Closing Sales: Guide customers through the buying process, including negotiating prices and facilitating trade-ins.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest vehicles, features, and trends to provide accurate and timely information.
- Customer Service: Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Administrative Duties: Process paperwork, managing sales transactions, and update CRM system with customer details.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales (automotive sales preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping people.
- Basic computer skills, including the use of CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
