What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Accurately document vehicle concerns and recommends appropriate services
- Communicate with technicians and keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Prepare repair estimates and obtain necessary approvals
- Ensure all service work is completed efficiently and to Ford quality standards
- Build lasting relationships with customers based on trust and transparency
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience in a dealership or automotive service environment (Nissan experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A customer-first attitude and commitment to service excellence
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
