EIT is a centralized group within Global Risk Management responsible for independent testing of operational processes within the eight lines of business and enterprise control functions at Bank of America to ensure the company is in compliance with domestic and international laws, rules and regulations, and that risk and controls procedures are operating effectively.
The Sampling and Test Development Specialist I – Quality Assurance Associate, under supervision, is accountable for performing quality assurance on all tests built or undergoing maintenance through the Enterprise Independent Testing Sampling & Test Development (EIT S&TD) process. This role will review test design, test script and sampling components of tests that in the final stage of development and/or maintenance. This role is an individual contributor in the Quality Assurance function of the EIT S&TD organization.
The Sampling and Test Development Specialist I – Quality Assurance Associate, under supervision, works in collaboration with Sampling and Test Development resources to independently assess and review the quality of test design to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and adherence to documented standards and requirements.
The Sampling and Test Development Specialist I – Quality Assurance Associate reviews test documentation and procedures to provide Quality Assurance scores and feedback to Test and Sample Designers. Periodically, performs internal quality control to maintain consistency within the Quality Assurance team. Escalates issues as appropriate.
Required/Desired:
-2 years’ experience with an internal audit, testing, risk management, process improvement, compliance, or front line control role

-Candidate must exhibit an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness.
-Demonstrated project management skills; Ability to handle multiple competing priorities with demonstrated success at achieving SLA (Service Level Agreements)
