Description
Position Purpose: The Operations Support Assistant is responsible for assisting internal and external customers with questions and problem-solving regarding ATM and Debit Card transactions. This role will review and follow up with cardholders on confirmed or potential fraud and perform routine debit card maintenance. There will also be a need to assist with daily Branch Operation duties.
This position is a hybrid role.
What you’ll do:
- Checkbacks in Director
- Review Daily Card Logs
- Monitor Daily and Monthly Card Reports
- Responsible for providing information and research for Debit Card transactions
- Complete service requests
- Monitor disputed transactions for possible fraudulent activity
- Supports card file maintenance for debit cards
- Research and responds to internal and external customer inquiries via email/phone
- Protect and maintain confidentiality with all customers financial data
- Acquire knowledge and adhere to department procedures, programs, products, and services
- Process Visa CAMS
- Set Up Travel Rules for cardholders
- Process Debit Card Limit Increases
- Daily Balancing of Teller Cash
- Wire Processing
- Processing Fed Funds
- Review Teller Difference Reports
- Provide Teller Cash Recycler Support
- Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:
The individual will be required to be available after normal working hours. Business travel may be necessary to meet with vendors and attend training opportunities.
