We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our dedicated team in Algoma, WI, and help us deliver top-tier service to our valued customers. This position will work 15-25 hours per week including rotating Saturday mornings.
What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a key role in helping our customers with their banking needs. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Processing Teller Transactions: Accurately and efficiently handling customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and more.
- Cross-Selling Bank Services: Identifying and promoting additional bank products and services that can benefit our customers, helping them meet their financial goals.
- Acting as a Receptionist: Providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, and directing them as needed.
Qualifications & Skills

We value individuals who are passionate about customer service, possess strong communication skills, and have a natural ability to problem-solve. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience: Previous customer service experience, including cash handling, is a plus. While this position is open to all experience levels, previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
- Skills: A detail-oriented mindset, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks at once. You should be comfortable handling confidential information and representing the bank with professionalism and integrity.
- People Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively assist customers.
