Job Summary: This role is responsible for the processing of electronic files and completion of the day-to-day functions of the department, includes providing customer support for all electronic transaction activities. Work hours are Monday through Friday, generally from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., but may vary.
Duties:
- Complete processing of the following in an accurate and timely fashion: ACH, wire transfers, foreign wire transfers, foreign cash letters, incoming and outgoing cash letter files, check adjustments, coin & currency orders, large dollar return notifications, accounting data, and end-of-day wire reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance and audit requirements are followed as identified by internal policy and/or federal rules and regulations, such as OFAC, NACHA Operating Rules, BSA/AML, and Privacy.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- Two (2) years of experience in bank operations is preferred with an emphasis in electronic payments
- Knowledge of Federal Reserve software is preferred, but not required
- Have or attain industry certifications such as: Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) or National Check Professional (NCP).
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, meet multiple deadlines and maintain accuracy.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and fellow staff members.
- Work as a team player.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications is essential.
