You will collaborate with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities that enhance the customer relationship beyond personal banking.
You will welcome and guide customers in the branch lobby, offering advice and guidance on digital and self-serve options to make banking easy, simple, and fast.
You will conduct client conversations about banking services, recommending alternative channels and providing personal banking and investment advice.
You will review customer profiles and engage in needs-based conversations to identify potential opportunities and address everyday banking plans and credit card needs.
You will support operational activities, including inventory management, escalated service requests, and following up on customer applications.
You will probe to understand customer personal banking and credit card needs, integrating marketing promotions and programs into conversations to provide strategic advice.
You will take initiative to find creative approaches that make each customer experience feel personal.
Requirements:
- Experience and Certification
- Registration to Sell Investment Products
- Proficiency in Digital Tools
- Knowledge of Sales and Business Banking Solutions
Typically 1-2 years of relevant experience or certification in a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience is also desirable.
Registration to sell investment products is completed or in progress, as required for the jurisdiction.
Confident and experienced in using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.
