We have just opened an opportunity for an Agricultural Commercial Relationship Manager based in the Canyon County, Idaho market. Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to :
- Generate and service a wide variety of commercial loans.
- Contribute to deposit growth by cross selling and promoting additional banking products.
- Aggressively seek and obtain quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross selling efforts.
- Requires skills and experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment, loan structuring, credit analysis, critical thinking, and monitoring credit performance.
- Build and maintain relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
