Main Responsibilities:
- Perform and assist with real estate and loan closings.
- Understand and execute the disbursement process after all closings.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule closings and facilitate the signing of final documents.
- Manage the disbursement process, including depositing and posting incoming funds.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support the Escrow Officer as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new projects and initiatives.
- Attend training sessions and quality service programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
