Job Summary
- Ability to assist multiple projects and tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Assist in preparation and submission of bid packages and Pre-Qualification documentation forms.
- Prepare submittal package for projects.
- Follow detailed steps to properly start a new project or contract using Builder Trend.
- Startup of new projects. Process new contracts, be able to read and understand basic contract language.
- Participate in weekly job meetings and act on meeting requirements.
- Apply for permits.
- Request and have basic knowledge of COI coverages.
- Process and track contract agreements and purchase orders.
- Process, track, and distribute Change Orders to contractors.
- Maintain Projects and Contracts Lists for different tracking purposes.
- Serve as primary point of contact for all contractors, correspondence and communication to ensure receipt properly executed copies of all documents.
- Initiate, process and properly complete projects Close Out.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
Position requirements:
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks/projects with little supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel, Word)
- Basic knowledge of Construction Drawings and Specifications.
- Understanding of Submittals and its process a must.
- Construction experience required.
