- Schedule: Full-time, weekend availability is required.
- Location: Remote
- Receive inbound calls, chat submissions, and email inquiries.
- Conduct clinical pre-screenings with potential patients to assess their needs.
- Maintain conversations and practice active listening while completing basic data entry.
- Provide compassionate, knowledgeable answers to questions about treatment and the admissions process.
- Utilize software to verify insurance online and review private pay options.
- Maintain confidentiality with each potential patient.
- Establish and maintain successful working relationships.
- Maintain composure in a high-volume department and assist team members.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of behavioral or mental healthcare.
- Associate's degree or higher.
- Admissions experience in the field of behavioral or mental healthcare.
- Computer Systems Competence: Ability to work with multiple computer systems efficiently.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Team Collaboration: Self-motivated and able to contribute effectively as a team member.
- Patient Compassion: Capable of relating to and showing compassion for patients and their loved ones seeking treatment.
- Multitasking & Attention to Detail: Able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
