Monitor Technician Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Monitor Technician to join our team at Baptist Health System in Delray Beach, Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor heart rhythm patterns of patients using telemetry equipment to detect abnormal variances.
- Review patient information to determine normal heart rhythm patterns, current patterns, and prior variances.
- Observe cardiac monitors and listen for alarms to identify abnormal variations in heart rhythm.
- Inform Assistant Nurse Manager and/or Registered Nurse of variances to initiate examination of the patient.
