One of the Triad’s leading commercial General Contractors has an opening for an Estimating Administrative Assistant. Previous administrative support experience is required, construction experience is a plus. This position requires an organized individual with a strong work ethic who possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, knows the importance of excellent customer service, and can follow documented procedures.
Job Description:
Responsible for providing administrative support to the Estimating team including updating bid schedule, searching for projects to bid, setting up quote folders, running bids, attending pre bid meetings, putting together RFQ’s and creating Dropbox links among other things. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A knowledge of Canva or similar program preferred. Successful candidate will have a professional appearance and manner, possess very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to diligently follow office procedures. This position serves as an integral part of operations and will assist the Estimating team in day-to-day duties critical to the success of our results-driven and goal-oriented company.
