Barefoot is rapidly expanding. We are headquartered in Austin TX with satellite branches in San Antonio, Houston, Marble Falls, Kingsland, Dallas / Fort Worth, and Oklahoma City.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone. Responsibilities:
-Work in Office to Handle incoming Sales Opportunities for a Fast Growing Company
- Conduct inside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and meet sales daily Sales Goals.
- Utilize warm calling techniques to reach out to potential customers and build relationships.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build Value for pricing and state terms of sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to effectively promote products.
- Utilize technology sales tools and software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and generate reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales.
- Strong skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information about products or services.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships.
- Strong market awareness and ability to identify potential business opportunities.
