We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Office Manager with a can-do attitude to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the contact for patients, virtually providing exceptional support by promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Handle front office duties, such as scheduling patient appointments, coordinating tasks for patients, and managing daily office operations.
- Work directly with the CEO and COO to support company operations, including HR, payroll, expense management, and invoice management.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Foster a strong, positive culture within the company by organizing team-building activities and promoting a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, HR/people operations, recruiting operations, or executive assistance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
- Familiarity with modern workplace software tools such as Google Drive, with the ability to learn new enterprise software.
- Passion for healthcare & helping others. Experience in healthcare a plus.
- Ability to start work at 8 am to support our East Coast operations, and work until 5 pm.
- Hybrid work environment with 3 days in-person at our Market Street office and 2 days working from home.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
