SUMMARY: According to established policies and procedures, and under the supervision and guidance of the HR Operations Senior Manager, the HR Generalist provides day-to-day frontline support and administration for most core functional HR services and talent management policies and processes. Provides support and training to department Coordinator(s).

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Respond and address workforce inquiries, as assigned.
- Administer Firm HR policies, procedures, and help resolve employee matters.
- Review, draft, and update job descriptions, both in HR e-files and Firm intranet listing.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and standardization of Firm HR procedures.
- Work with Office Administrators, Department leaders, and the HR team to verify approvals to hire, separate, promote, and transfer talent.
- Coordinate and audit onboarding processes, including but not limited to: updating workforce data in HRIS and partnering with Office Administrators and Training Dept.
- Compile reports and metrics (i.e. headcount, hires, terms, demographic, training compliance, etc.)
- Manage the HR intranet page.
- Assist with the completion of termination action items.
- Support staff recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance and HRIS, as assigned.
- Provide support to HR projects and programs as needed, including the summer BT Rise intern program.
- Other duties as assigned. The employee must be able to perform all essential job duties and responsibilities of this position satisfactorily and as outlined, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in human resources, or a combination of experience and degree.
- Experience working in a legal/professional services environment is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience navigating and using an HRIS or HCM.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills required to effectively communicate and collaborate across all levels within the firm.
- Superior attention-to-detail, critical thinking and strong analytical ability required to deliver and maintain high level strategic core HR services.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to professionally handle sensitive confidential matters and employee information.
Working Conditions
- Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like.
- Expectation of working in the office per the office location and/or firm guidance based on business needs of the firm.
