Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professional phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management, insurance verification and EOB entries.
- Utilize chiropractic specific software for various office functions.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain the front desk area in a neat and professional manner.
- Assist with office management tasks as needed to support overall operations.
- Collaborate with Dr. to enhance the patient experience.
Requirements
- English is preferred to effectively communicate with patients.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is a bonus.
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately in a timely manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
